I started the group strength class two months ago and have thorougly enjoyed the class, instructors and other members. I have lost 20 pounds during my two months, gained defention and muscle. The class is fun and they change it up every time so it doesn't get boring. The enviorment of the gym is possitive and encouraging. I look forward to continued success.
