We were given what we felt was a good price on our window, but unfortunately we were never contacted to have it installed and eventually had to go elsewhere. After calling several times and being told it was a "busy time" we were forced to get some additional estimates and have another company install the window at a higher price, but in my mind with a better warranty. Fortunately we had not put any money down so we did not lose anything, except the time and effort it took to make additional phone calls and accommodations for yet another person to come to the house, look at the window and provide an estimate. We have our new window in and are quite happy with it, so all in all, things seemed to have worked out for the best.
