Joe's looks like an ice cream stand. It's right off of a road and it has open spaces for parking, and picnic tables all around it. But it's there all year! Perfect place to get ice cream, i say. I used to walk here all the time wth my friends and just pick up a cone or a pop. The people there are friendly and the icecream isn't too shabby, either. It's a cute hangout and you can't miss the huge ice cream cone on the roof.
