This vietnamese restaurant is owned by an incredibly friendly man. He will be waiting outside on a bench waving and greeting to all that passby when he does not have a customer at the time. Saigon Cafe has recieved many awards for it's food. The actual restaurant is quite small and not so clean, but the food is spectacular. Soup is very nicely priced, and very delicious, yet extremely healthy! I would recommend any of the soup for newcomers, but it is always exciting to try something new!
