My husband and I rent a home from this company and we've had a pretty good experience so far. They are out of Poway and if you notice they manage a home you want to rent I'd say go for it.
they have a maintance guy on staff and he usually comes out right away if there is a problem or if something needs repair. they also follow up pretty fast in regards to complaints or otherwise.
overall i am pleased with how they maintain and manage homes. We have not had any problems with them at all
