Completing the service was delayed because Courtesy did not have all needed parts in stock. The out-of-state Nissan Parts Warehouse did not timely ship the parts to Dallas,TX until 2 days after they were ordered. Courtesy provided us with a free loaner vehicle for 3 days while our Nissan was being repaired, which was a great help to us
