When our furnace broke we called around for anew one. Agway had the best prices on the model we really wanted. When the installation crew arrived, they were very polite and moved our rugs so they would track dirt over them as they went in and out fo the basement installing the new furnace and removing the old one. I would use them again if I every need a new furnace.
