I sent my mother to Spa Gregorie's for her birthday one year. After coming back, she raved about the great customer service and the nice relaxation she received. Spa Gregorie's for sure has excellent customer service. When I went there to purchase the gift certificate, the lady at the front desk thouroughly explained which spa treatment was best for my hard-working mother. They also sell little goodies such as candles, inscense, robes, slippers, etc.
Spa Gregorie's is almost directly behind Fashion Island.
