Good: Nothing. Bad: The place stinks. The sales associate was rude. The crates were dirty, and too small for some dogs. Improvements: The only improvement would be to close down that place.. Other: They are just full of crap. They tell you that they sell family pets quality. What doesn it mean exactly? They buy those puppies from puppy mills. For the large breeds, the parents have not been OFA certified for their hips. The only thing which is show quality is the PRICE. People do your homework and either adopt a shelter dog or check the breeders around you, do not buy from this place..
