This wonderful family-style cheese factory sits in an industrial area between Medford and Central Point on the old highway. It is a gem of a find for all gourmet cheese lovers. Many types of cheese are organic, the processes are labor intensive, the milk antibiotic free, and the taste is European. They are award winning cheeses such as the Oregonzola or Crater lake Blue, Chipotle Cheddar and countless others. Great place to have a gift box put together of selected cheeses and crackers, or a cheese wheel, or half wheel. For locals it is a wonderful place to buy direct (as well as in grocery stores locally), and take advantage of cheese curds, end pieces (for a tremendous discount), and fresh cheese that rivals Pulgra.
