Yes, I saw those and picked up a few packages the last time I was there. The dollar section has so much to offer now. I've noticed lately it has expanded to a $1 section and another row of 2 for $5 - still great deals! During the Halloween season I found costumes, flashlights and treat bags, among other things. Now, with Christmas coming I've see pet items and plenty of seasonal items like stockings and such there. I picked up a reindeer costume for my brother's dog on my last visit as a joke. He'll think it's silly and I don't mind since it was only a couple of dollars. It's worth the laugh I'll get it. At any of the other pet stores, it would surely be upwards of $10-15 or more!
I also saw plastic food, make up and bath products - great stocking stuffers! I just love Target - you can find just about everything you'll ever need there!
