I found this place to be disappointing (and expensive). I took an open level class and I felt sorry for the beginners. The teacher led us through asanas with no explanation of the correct way to do them or any refinements once we were in the pose. There are a thousand things you can say about downward dog -- he didn't say anything. Maybe it's because he was so busy playing DJ. There was no peaceful atmosphere -- it was like trying to do yoga with the radio on. If you love aerobics class but want to learn a few yoga terms, this place might be for you. Beautiful studio, though. For 18 bucks, it should be.
