This is a very exceptional facility. The parking is limited but the location is wonderful, right by the river, equipped with sidewalks and tables out back for people to walk around or sit and read over looking the water. It is really beautiful. The inside is just as nice, there are three floors full of imformation ready for the taking. The associates there are always freindly and can usually help find anything that one may desire. It is a great place to visit. offering story times for children every week, witch is great. I would recommend this place to others
