I've been going to Valley for almost 10 years. The vet I primarily saw was Dave Edsell--he was fantastic! Unfortunately, he just moved to California. The entire time I've gone I've endured the rude and unhelpful front desk staff because the quality of vet service was worth it. No longer. In the last 2 weeks both of my dogs have had to go in and while the DVM visits were fine--the before and after is positively painful. I am tired of dealing with lack of discharge instructions, dropped appointments, and apathetic treatment by the front staff. Half of the time the only contact you have there is with the front staff--not with the vets. I could go on but I think you get the idea.
