They were great when I was shopping for the gown, but I had difficultly finding out when the gown would be in. The real trouble started when I went for the alterations. The seamstress was not the same one I had met when I bought the gown. I live out of town, so I had to schedule my fitting way in advance. When I came for my second fitting she hadn't altered it one bit. We waited in her little shop while she did the alterations right there. She also kept forgetting when the wedding was. It made me nervous. In the end I call the shop owner and told her my concerns. I got the gown the day before my wedding and it was perfect.
