I usually have good experiences at this vet clinic, but it depends on the receptionist that is working at the time. Some of them are cold and rude. Most of them are very nice to deal with. I stood and waited with no one else in the office while a receptionist argued with her husband whether he should go out with out her that evening. I waited a good 8 minutes until I finally said, I'm really in a hurry.
