Jenn at The Permanent Solution has been cutting my hair for years. I'm thrilled with the cuts she gives me and you can't beat the price. She also cuts my toddler's hair, which is long and curly. Anyone who can cut the long and curly hair of a two year old is a saint in my book! The salon isn't the newest in town and doesn't have fancy things on the wall and funky music playing. But I like the homey feel and I love the people!
