When our central air stopped working during a heat wave..we phoned five different companies and they all said the same thing...we can't come out for a few days. We called Air Inc and they said "No problem..we'll send someone out right away" Yes, it was costly to get our air conditioning fixed and yes it was a minor problem (but we couldn't fix it ourselves) but it was fixed, the technician was friendly and professional and they did what it took to get the job done. Very Pleased !!!
