We finally switched to satellite after a fourth rate hike was mentioned. Cable often would be out & channels were falling of the tv listings. Their customer service was lacking & often their billing was in error. Many times we asked for a credit since outages were but the billing staff couldn't figure out what to do. Will never go back to Cox Communications. more
