I used the Gilt coupon that included free deliver to anywhere in the USA. Madam Paulette's customer service DID NOT call me to figure it out until I called them several time to figure out where my jacket was. I just got it more than A MONTH after I dropped it off and they have the nerve to charge me for delivery AGAIN! They charge and arm and a leg for a service that is mediocre at best.
Go to Maurice instead. This place is not worth it.
