They are very professional (from the assistants to the nurses to Dr's Lin and Karikomi), and always very pleasant. I have had a few surgical procedures done there, and Dr. Lin is nothing but kind and made me feel calm through out it all. They have flexible hours, so it isn't difficult to get an appointment that works into your schedule.
