I had never been to a Charles Penzone salon before I scheduled my Wedding Up-Do hair trial and day-of appointment. The "Wedding Coordinator" at the salon was very helpful with helping me pick out appointment times for me and my bridal party to fit into my hectic schedule. And she recommended a stylist for me as well. My stylist ended up being wonderful. She knew exactly what she was doing and seemed to know what I wanted without me having to show her pictures. It turned out great and lasted over 11 hours (my trial-run and my day-of style). The salon was so nice and relaxing on the inside and my stylist was very sweet and nice to talk to. That is what I expect from an upscale salon!
