I received a notice at my residence that Cox Communications was offering service in my area. I called the number listed on the flyer and spoke with a customer service rep. We discussed several plans and rates. I told her I would go over the information given to me and get back with her. I got home a few days later and a notice was on my door stating they successfully installed my new Cox Communications Service. When I contacted the company I was told an account had been set up for me with no personal info or even my correct last name. A cable company slammed me. Please use caution with speaking to reps that work on commission. more
