When I called to ask her an estimate on a type of antique that I already new the price, she was real cocky. I asked her if I could have it appraised and she told me, oh mo I am to busy, I don't have time. Then I was going to say goodbye and she said "Yeah" and hung up. I thought the way she handled the conversation could have been a little better. I wouldn't go again.
