The hospital is not opened 24 hours but there is always someone on call. I brought my pup in due to him getting an eye infection. I didn't have to wait very long. They took him right away. While they checked him out and everything, they took down all of his information and mine as well. I didn't here him yelp or cry at all, so I new they were being very gentle because he is a scardy cat. They were so nice and he was in and out. They gave me his prescription eye drops at the hospital and they scheduled a follow up visit for him. I am so grateful for their doggy insurance. I would recommend them.
