I recently had my Explorer into Loren's Auto Repair and overall had a great experience. I had read another review about their prices being high so I was initially somewhat hesitant to use them. A close friend of mine told me they have used Loren's for years without any issues so I decided to try them out. I had my oil changed, brake rotors turned and an alignment. The guys at Loren’s had my Explorer done sooner than promised and they did an inspection on the car which I found very valuable. I’m not a guy who likes to spend money on car repairs, but knowing the condition and being able to plan for major repairs helps from getting caught off guard. Overall, I felt their prices were very reasonable and I would definitely use them again.
