Despite the unsavoury pervasive smell of burnt beans that shrouds Los Cucos, I have eaten there a couple times. The first time was lackluster: crowded, mediocre food, indifferent wait staff. The second (and last time) a cockroach ran across the table during lunch. The waiter was nonplussed. We now call this place "las cucarachas."
