My one and only experience with Pei Wei was not a good one because it took a very long time (45 minutes) to get our food – so long that I wasn’t able to eat my food when it finally came out because I was late for an appointment. I complained to the manager, who was very apologetic and did give me my meal for free. The food was good, but I don’t think I would eat there again because I was so disappointed with the service.
