We recently were toying with the idea of buying a hot tub. We ventured into Carefree and explained to them that we weren’t really seriously looking yet, just getting an idea about pricing and features so we could go home and more seriously discuss buying a hot tub. They were very helpful at first, but were very pushy when we wanted to leave. We (mistakenly) filled out a customer information sheet that included our phone number, and got bombarded with phone calls for a month, even though we kept telling them we were not really interested. I do think their selection was good and the staff was very knowledgeable, but I did not like their pushy attitudes. I would not recommend going there.
