I was the maid of honor in a wedding where Ridgewell's Caterers catered the event. They offered two different tastings, which provided very generous samplings of numerous types of foods. Both tastings were free (and were done in groups so it is easy to sign up for the next tasting). All of the food was stylishly presented and everything looked appetizing and tasted great. The staff really worked with the bride to make sure that her special requests were met. Everything was served at the right temperature and there wasn't one dish that people didn't like. They are average priced for the area.
