This bank bought out a local bank and set up a whole new way of banking. Although the most of the staff is friendly and courtious there are some that will make you leave in a huff. Even though you have a joint account with their bank you may not be able to cash your spouses checks unless you can provide them with your spouses ID. Some cashiers will go out of their way to make your visit enjoyable but some will make you upset with trying to deposit, cash or do any banking whatsoever.
