During my search for a preschool for my son, I "interviewed" many different ones. I found this preschool in the phone book, after my phone call to determine if they had an opening, I went to the preschool to take a tour. As soon as I walked in the door of the preschool, it just felt right. The tour only confirmed my first impression. My son fit right in. The next day he was able to start. He loves it there, and I have definitely seen that it is a positive experience for him.
