LB Smith has the best service of any Ford dealer in the area. It is easy to schedule an appointment, everyone is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. We had our car in for service a few weeks ago, and they actually called about a week later to follow-up and make sure we weren't having any more problems. You just don't see that level of service anymore. I would highly recommend them!
