I really enjoy dining at Guadalajara’s. The food is good, but the view is great. The restaurant overlooks the Rogue River in Shady Cove. You can eat outside year-round because the deck overlooking the river is covered. It’s just a really great spot to relax and have a nice meal. Lunch is a great deal, but the dinner prices are reasonable, too, and the food is quite tasty. They also include a small dessert with every meal, which is a nice finish.
