Although I live almost an hour away from Ashland Pediatrics, I have been using them for almost four years now, because I love the doctors. We normally see Dr. Donna Bradshaw. She’s great with kids, listens to parents, and just seems to be a really nice person. I never feel like she’s rushing us or any of those common doctor concerns. The one thing I have not been overly impressed with is the rest of the office staff and nurses. They certainly aren’t terrible, but they don’t seem like they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The nurses seem a little cool, and rarely talk with the kids, only to the parents. Because of this, I’ve actually thought about switching several times, but I like the doctors so much that it’s worth staying. Even considering the less-than-perfect staff, I would still definitely recommend Ashland Pediatrics because of the doctors there. If the rest of the staff was a little more inviting, they'd get 5 stars from me.
