When we first came in our sales man wasn't very knowledgable about the F350 we wanted and gave us some incorrect information. Honest mistake and he tried to cover up but we still requested to deal with the Sales Manager instead.
When we came back to see him, our experience was great. A very quick and easy process....Zizi in Finance was also very personable!
