This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with dealership service. Jesse salsa and the service department exceeded just about all of my expectations (which were admitted pretty low from experiences with other dealership service departments). They did everything right and then some. Jesse even helped take care of my rental car even after I used a different rental location than the dealership’s preferred location. The technician’s notes were impressively thorough and well written. I will definitely be coming back to Lewisville VW to service my VW in the future.
