As far as I know, there is no other place in Northern New Jersey where one can participate in the wonder of Dim Sum. If you've never had Dim Sum, it's a great group activity. You make your plate as you go and get charged for what you eat. How can you beat that? The servers come around with trays of dumplings and various other eats. You pick and choose, share and switch with your fellow diners, then surprise your taste buds. It's a unique experience! And Noodle Chu knows their dumplings! Every bite is savory and satisfying.
