I used Dish network for 10 months. Believe me, Dish is better than other providers. I have not experienced having customer service issues but I did experience having signal problem (it was so minor though when we had a storm). The problem was resolved in an hour after the heavy rain subsided. I can say that Dish is a good company and trustworthy.
