I was searching all over town for my particular tires, since I was leaving for Tahoe early the next morning when I came across Monterey Auto in Morgan Hill late in the day. I called them and asked if they had my tires. They said, they didn't have my particular tires in the shop, but could call their tire distubitor and see. They said, their tire distrubitor came earlier in the morning, but would send a worker if they were in stock and go pick them up. They called me back and said they could get them. So off I went to Monterey Auto and they put my new tires on, balanced and aligned them. They even checked my brakes for free and told me I'll need new brakes soon. I can't believe they worked after hours to ensure I was all set for Tahoe.
What great service! I highly recommend them. They went out of their way for me. WOW!!!!!
I'll be returning to get my brakes done.
