I used to go there to get my hair cut, but frankly $20 to get my eyebrows done is robbery. I was new - what did I know. They do it at Ambiance on Maple for less than $10, tip included (it's cheaper than that, but I don't want to commit them to anything).
But I'd walk out of Rocco's feeling part of the 'upper class', yet $140 was a lot for a haircut & dry & eyebrow deal.
