We bought our Hot Tub from this FIM. The best purchase we ever made. Phil, who much be one of the most knowledgeable people on EARTH, was very helpful. So much so that 4yrs later, I still know his name.
We have had no problems with the hot tub until now, where one of the seals seems to have broke. It's still being serviced - the repair guy comes, 'fixes it', leaves, and then it still leaks. He's been here several times. He's due back again soon. It's still leaking.
