Agents offer excellent customer service. Always available and quick to answer questions or search for options best suited to the client. They offer both private and commercial lines of insurance. Unfortunately, I have had to place claims. My agent has made the process painless. Besides getting the standard calendar each year, they also throw occasional parties for customers to show appreciation. I recently attended a golf event in September to celebrate their anniversary.
