When I took my clothes to be cleaned here, one nice suit came back with the button missing. They were not able to find it, but instead gave me a box of buttons (obviously from other peoples clothes) and told me to find something similar. There was no offer to recompense me for my loss. So, I was a little soured on the place, although, as they told me, if the button was loose in the first place, it can happen. Their prices are competitive and they do a lot of business and have been in this location for years - all in their favor. Perhaps my experience was just a rare occurrence.
