I had TMJ really bad, and my dentist suggested that a chiropractor might be able to help. Dr. Spell worked on the muscles of my jaw and got them really relaxed, and also gave me exercises to re-set the motions my jaw made...it worked, and I could not be happier! Now all I have to do is avoid chewing gum and ice, and I pretty much lead a normal life as far as my jaw pain is concerned.
