Every time I have had any question concern or request their response has been as fast as a giant company can be. Sometimes I have to go through the script readers for a real problem but really, they get the job done. They always will quote you a lower price than you actually want, but that’s capitalism for you. I am happy and satisfied with Dish Network. You just have to know what you want and ask questions.
