SERA, the so called lead hair stylist there is the rudest woman I have ever met. I was a frist time client there and insted of a greeting she tells me We better hurry up. WHO DOES THAT? In our so called "consultation" I asked her questions and she told me I had an attittude. They are over priced and over rated. Sera is the worst stylist inthe world! Iwould let her touch my hair with a ten foot pole. Go somewhere else where they acrully care about their clients.
