When I locked myself out of my apartment, my security guard arranged for them to come save me. They rushed over as soon as they could and I ended up waiting around 45 minutes, which I thought was decent. As a service company, they deserve the 5 star streak--sorry I have to break it. They're gracious, efficient and understand the meaning of "urgency," but I just think they are so overpriced. The guy's only tool was basically this wire with a loop at the end. My security guard had warned me that these guys make so much money because it literally takes minutes to get the job done, so I actually timed my locksmith and indeed--took him 2 minutes exactly! For the charge and the full hour allocated to the whole trip, they basically get paid 5x the average household. That's some easy pickings in my opinion!
