My son is on a special diet and I am always searching for new foods for him to eat. I can always find things for him at cornucopia. They have things organized and easy to find, plus they really have a great variety. They also have fresh ready to eat meals, and their tofu cheesecake is awesome.
If you need advice as far as vitamins and supplements go, I find that it is hit or miss. Some of the staff doesn't appear all that knowledgeable about certain things, although they are very nice.
