At the State Employees credit union, they are always friendly. This was the first credit union I had ever joined and they have always been helpful. I have used them a few times as a notary also and they always have someone there to help and it's no problem. This branch is walk in and it feels more personal then all the ones with drive thru. And it's conveniently located with more branches around Lansing. You can also get discounts other places, ask them for details, I haven't used that service, but know it's available.
